Originally from Caracas Venezuela, Juan came to the US with his family in 1979, and landed in beautiful Tampa Bay, where he made it his new “home”. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1985 with a double major in Business Administration and Finance. After a successful 30-year career in International Trade and Banking, last 23 as VP of International Trade for Citibank, Juan semi-retired year dedicated career with the last 23 years as VP of International Trade for Citibank managing clients worldwide. Last year, Juan semi-retired to start his dream of becoming an entrepreneur and be able to dedicate more time to his passion “to help and connect people, businesses and non-profit organizations”.
As a community leader for the past 15 years and as a board member in over 10 non-profit organizations, currently active in 4, Juan has been keen in developing and helping primarily the Hispanic community. He has received many community awards and has been recognized as one of Tampa Bay’s Community Hispanic Leaders. His heart expands beyond Latino or Venezuela boundaries, as he supports and helps a network of over 18,000 people from all nationalities. As a Tampa Bay native, in addition to his community involvement, Juan wants to make sure to always offer a helping hand and professional guidance in the area of accidents and injuries. Juan and his team of expert partners not only will provide advice around the law and medical services, but also will make sure your case is handled professionally and with minimal stress to our clients.
Richard Del Rio

Richard Del Rio was born in Brooklyn New York in 1974 from a Puerto Rican family. Before Richard was 1 his family relocated to Manchester New Hampshire and this is where Richard considers to be his home town. He started his career in the Personal Injury world 15 years ago in 2005 and has experienced every side of this industry from chiropractic offices, MRI facilities Attorneys, Physical Therapists, Orthopedic surgeons, Nuero surgeons and Pain medicine Specialists. Thru the years he has learn what a high standard of care means and what a real trial attorney looks like Richard is also a founding board member of the Tampa Bay Latin chambers of commerce. One of Richards passions are Salsa dancing. He founded a production company in 2014 and started producing Salsa festivals. These festivals have grown to average over 10,000 people in attendance.
